I am suprisingly busy for this time of year...

I have just returned from a week in Turkey, a country which bears such a divide between 'Western' thinking and modern life, and traditional Turkish culture, which may to the outside eye often be seen as backward or behind. And yet is so gloriously sunny and peaceful for the sea-lover that is myself... The memory of the lazy days spent pottering along the coast of Turkey in a teak boat both under the sunshine and the moonlight are slowly fading in this miserable British weather...

I am now doing work experience at a certain glossy magazine in London under the roof of a House named Vogue, although there seems to be little for me to do a lot of the time, I am enthralled by exloring the arhcives of previous magazines, idea boards and meeting all of the people I have grown up reading from.

And somewhere amoungst this I am finding the time to work on my fashion portfolio for a post-grad I am applying for, trying desperately to find some inspiration as well as some artistic talent... Any ideas would be welcomed!
